AIRPORT RECEPTION AND HOTEL TRANSFER
When disembarking at the Afonso Pena International Airport in Curitiba look for the banner and our reception team which will be wearing T-shirts with the conference logo. The reception team will provide you with all guidance necessary to get you to the hotels.
For your comfort and in order to help the reception team monitor the arrivals, we ask you to email your flight details to ilgalac2010@gmail.com. In your message, inform the flight number and the airline, the city you’re coming from and the time of your arrival.
If you are taking a bus, the Conference hotels are near Curitiba Bus Station and a taxi will not be expensive (hotel addresses are indicated below).

• Executive Bus from the airport to downtown and the area where the conference will be held: fare R$ 8.00 (eight reals). To get information on times and routes clique HERE. Tell the driver the name of your hotel and he or she will inform you where to get off.
• Ônibus Ligeirinho (speedy bus) (R$ 2.20): disembark at the “Rodoferroviária” (bus/train station) bus stop. To get information on times and routes, clique HERE.
• Taxi: an average cab fare costs R$ 60.00 (sixty reals).

For conference participants who do not have a scholarship and are coming to Curitiba by bus, we suggest you stay at Hotel Slaveiro Conceptual Villagio. This hotel is two blocks away from Curitiba’s Bus Station.

ACCOMMODATION
For those who have been awarded a scholarship, the hotels will be open on the 26th; therefore hotel check-in will only be available after 12:00 noon on January 26th. If you are arriving in advance, please send an email requesting early check-in.
Accommodation for scholarship holders will be distributed between the hotels Centro Europeu Estação and Slaveiro Conceptual Villagio. The official hotel where the conference will be held is Victoria Villa. Addresses are given below.
In order to know in which hotel you have been booked into, send an e-mail to Rafaelly Wiest rafaellywiest@yahoo.com.br. Your message will be answered with all the information about your reservation.
Apartments are double or triple, you may indicate in advance the name of the person you would like to share your room with.
We draw your attention to the fact that all additional expenses must be paid directly to the hotel, including the contents of the fridge in your hotel room, telephone calls, laundry, room service, etc. The Local Organizing Commission will cover the costs of accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who have been granted a scholarship, from January 26th to 30th. Hotel checkout must be done no later than 12:00 noon on January 31st. There will no lunch or dinner on the 31st.
